Stephen has been closely following this transformation of our national spirit for many years, since even before he co-authored the definitive Canadian distilleries guide, Canadian Spirits. Throughout this special evening you will get to explore the ever changing landscape of Canadian whisky and see for yourself why Canadian whisky represents two-thirds of all whisky sales in the country!! Eh!

You will be greeted with a welcome whisky cocktail to start your journey as you prepare to enjoy 6 different whisky expressions from Canada. A light snack will accompany the tasting to complement the whisky experience.
